Eclipse Partnership was formed in 2001, by Mark Burrows and Larry Taylor. Both partners leaving established and successful careers, to develop a professional design practice to service the ever increasing external lighting market.

The Partnership recognised at an early stage, the future impact that Private Finance Initiatives would have on the UK’s existing public lighting infrastructure, and focussed on the delivery of an external providers role to assist prospective major bidders with regard to future projects.  

Eclipse Partnership have offices in key locations around the UK, and provide a nationwide facility. The company currently employs a wealth of experienced staff, to ensure the delivery of our comprehensive services, and has the vision to continue to expand to maintain its high level of commitment to the existing and new client base.

Eclipse aims to promote the development of sustainable solutions, in particular, addressing:
